If you would like to explore alternative designs or make any adjustments, we revise the quotation accordingly and guide you through the best available choices. Our aim is to finalize a proposal that clearly matches your expectations and project needs.
Once you approve the quotation, we prepare a formal contract outlining the scope of work, project timeline, payment terms, and responsibilities of all parties. This ensures full transparency before the project begins. After the contract is signed and the advance payment is received, we promptly place material orders and begin the fabrication of your customized aluminium doors and windows. Our aim is to provide a smooth, timely, and hassle-free experience from the very start.
After receiving advance payment, we will place a custom order for your material with our supplier or in the case of small projects use material available in our stock.
When your site is ready for measurement, we will send our trained staff to your project site for final measurements. These measurements are needed to order glass and to start fabrication of your doors and windows at our factory.
Our aluminium doors and windows are installed according to the planned schedule by our trained technicians, with supervision from our engineer to ensure accuracy and quality. We carefully check alignment, finishing, and smooth operation throughout the process. Before Handover, our team performs a final inspection and makes any necessary adjustments. Our dedicated cleaning team deep cleans all the doors and windows making them ready for you to use.

Our team handles routine checks, minor adjustments, and any servicing needed over time, along with guidance on proper care and cleaning. For added convenience, we also offer an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), giving you scheduled professional inspections and priority support to keep your Aluminium systems smooth, durable, and in top condition.
