You can meet our sales representative and engineers to get detailed information about the brands and products. Our engineers will guide you and advice you on the best products and design. We will ask for drawings of your proposed project (door window schedule, elevations and floor plans) to be able to give you a quotation. We will also require the site location and an estimated date for the project commencement.
As per the details provided by you, we will prepare a complete quotation which is all inclusive. There will be no hidden cost, everything from the consultation to the final end product that will be in your building cleaned and ready for use is included in the quote. In many cases, designs change and you may wish to change the product you would like to have for which we can accommodate re quotes or make amendments until we have a solution that suits your final needs.
Once you are happy with your quote, we will prepare a detailed contract. We mention in detail all the dates, payment requirements, contractor and client obligations to be able to successfully complete your project to your satisfaction. The signing of the contract and the receipt of the advance payment starts the process of ordering, fabricating and installing your custom made doors and windows.
After receiving advance payment we will place a custom order for your material with our supplier (or in the case of small projects use material available in our stock) which has a lead time of 3 to 4 months to arrive in Kathmandu.
When your site is ready for measurement, we will send our trained staff to your project site for final measurements. These measurements are needed to order glass and to start fabrication of your doors and windows at our factory
The installation of your doors and windows will happen as per the planned schedule. Any changes need to be informed and approved by both Sky Light and the client. The final aluminum installation will be overseen by an engineer and trained site technical supervisors. After the aluminum doors and windows are properly installed, our cleaning team will make the doors and windows squeaky clean ready for you to use.
