Sky Light is one of Nepal’s first aluminum fabricating companies with the vision of providing high quality aluminum doors and windows to the Nepalese construction industry.
The duo Philippe O’Sullivan and Patricia O’Sullivan, who first visited Nepal in the 80’s, registered one of Nepal’s first aluminum fabricating companies with the vision of providing high quality aluminum doors and windows to the Nepalese construction industry. The main aim to start an aluminium company in Nepal was to promote conservation of forest and use of recyclable material like aluminum in the buildings of Nepal.
With 100% foreign investment, Sky Light started its operation in collaboration with Technal, France. Founder, Philippe O’Sullivan received training from Technal, France and Sky Light became their approved fabricator in Nepal. Their initial project in Kathmandu was a conservatory in 1995 with just 3 staff.
